Bakeries in Manacor

If you want a cake in Manacor, you can choose between many bakeries. However, there are two types: traditional bakeries and supermarkets.

If you choose the first option, we recommend the most the most typical: Ca’n Roca, situated in the center of Manacor. It was founded in 1931 for a famous family in the town: Roca. They make the same cakes since from the beginning. If you go to Ca’n Roca, you will see the typical individual cakes that people form Manacor eat in our celebrations: „llengües, milhojas, ronyons, etc.“. In this bakery, they make the most famous cake in Manacor. Our town is the single site where this cake is made: „pastel de pobre“.

The most typical Ca’n Munar product is „sospiros“, very typical sweet cookies. Manacor is the only place where you can buy it.
